Independent ownership research
Who Owns the AI Girlfriend Apps?
The AI-companion market looks like dozens of independent apps competing for you. Read the fine print, though, and a handful of companies run many of the “rival” brands — so switching apps often means paying the same operator. We read each app's terms and footer first-hand and mapped who's actually behind them.

The multi-brand families
These companies each run several apps that look independent but share an engine, pricing, and terms. Tap any app for our full review.
DreamAI SRL
Bucharest, Romania (reg. 48479324)- DreamGF
- DreamBF
- eHentai.ai
- Fantasy.ai
- JustPorn.ai
One company, one engine, several brands. DreamGF, DreamBF, and eHentai.ai share the same token system (150 tokens/mo) and the same steep intro-to-renewal pricing ($12.99 → $25.99/mo, or $5.99 → $311.88/yr); Fantasy.ai repeats the pattern with its own token ladder ($7.99 → $14.99/mo, ~$69.99 → $155.88/yr) and a $5.99 auto-rebilling 'trial.' All share the non-refundable / discretionary refund stance.
Warmtech Ltd
Limassol, CyprusThese three are effectively the same product. Identical per-day pricing ($0.26/day → $95.88/yr), identical 600-chips/month allowance, and the Xtease and Spicier privacy policies literally name Lovescape as the operator (“©Lovescape”). Choose one — don't pay for several.
NextDay AI
Montreal, Canada (+ US & Cyprus entities)The company behind both the GirlfriendGPT marketplace and the popular SpicyChat roleplay platform — different audiences, same operator and 'coins' economy.
Single-brand operators
Apps run by a company we could tie to just one brand — with the country that governs your data and what shows on your statement.
Utility3 Ltd
London, UK (company no. 14000143)Trades as 'Oh' (ohchat.com, oh.xyz, oh.fun). Licensed celebrity 'digital twins'; also promotes an $OH crypto token. One of the few operators with a public company number — verified from its ToS, Jul 2026.
SUGAPLEX SOLVISTICA LTD
Nicosia, Cyprus (no reg. number stated)Disclosed in dreamz.ai's ToS (verified Jul 2026). Notably clean per-month pricing for a Cyprus-based operator.
404 Intelligence LTD
Nicosia, CyprusNamed only inside goloveai.com's ToS, nowhere on the homepage (verified Jul 2026). Its legal-policy suite closely mirrors Fantasy.ai's template despite the different company — shared white-label paperwork.
EverAI Limited

Operator not disclosed
For these apps we could find no operating company named on the site or in the terms — a small trust flag in a category that handles intensely personal data. Treat them cautiously: use a throwaway email and share nothing identifying.
Where these companies are based
Two countries host most of the operators we could identify — and the jurisdiction isn't trivia: it governs your refund rights, where any dispute is settled, and what data protection you get.
Romania — a real cluster
Three operators we mapped are registered in Romania: DreamAI SRL (DreamGF, DreamBF, eHentai), ADVANCED AI LABS (FantasyGF), and Undresso Media Group (Seduced) — a Bucharest/Oradea hub for adult-AI studios.
Cyprus — the other hub
Warmtech Ltd (Lovescape, Xtease, Spicier), TECHIEPIE (CrushOn), and SNB Technologies (Kupid) are all Cyprus-registered — and NextDay AI keeps an EU entity there too.
Beyond those two, the operators span the EU (Ireland, Spain, Slovakia, Estonia, Switzerland) and North America (Montreal, New York, California) — and two apps, CrushOn and SoulGen, route disputes to Hong Kong law despite operating elsewhere.
Why it matters: an EU operator (Romania, Cyprus, Spain, Ireland) means GDPR data rights and, often, a narrow EU refund window. A Hong-Kong or undisclosed-jurisdiction operator typically means binding arbitration, a class-action waiver, and far less leverage if something goes wrong. Where your money and data disputes get settled is decided by a line in the terms most people never read.
Why this matters
- “Switching” may not change anything. Moving from Lovescape to Xtease, or DreamGF to eHentai, keeps you with the same company, billing, and refund terms.
- Your data stays in the family. Most terms allow sharing within the corporate group — so a sibling brand may receive what you share.
- Jurisdiction is the operator's, not yours. A Cyprus or Estonia entity means your disputes are governed by their local law, and refunds follow their policy — frequently 24 hours or none at all.
- The bank statement rarely says the app's name. Candy bills as “EverAI,” Joi as “joi.com,” FlirtCam as “DevPro s.r.o.” — useful to know before you subscribe.

FAQ
Are Lovescape, Xtease, and Spicier the same app?
Effectively yes. All three are operated by Warmtech Ltd (Cyprus) and run on the same platform with identical pricing and features — the Xtease and Spicier privacy policies even name Lovescape as the operator. They're re-skins, so there's no benefit to subscribing to more than one.
Who makes DreamGF and DreamBF?
Both are made by DreamAI SRL, a company registered in Bucharest, Romania. DreamBF is the AI-boyfriend sibling of DreamGF, and the same company also runs eHentai.ai and JustPorn.ai — all sharing one engine and token system.
Why does it matter who owns an AI companion app?
Because 'switching' to a rival app often means paying the same company, accepting the same billing and refund terms, and sharing your data within the same corporate group. Knowing the operator also tells you which legal jurisdiction governs your data and what shows on your bank statement.
Where are AI girlfriend apps based?
Most operators we could identify are registered in the EU — with clear clusters in Romania (DreamAI, ADVANCED AI LABS, Undresso) and Cyprus (Warmtech, TECHIEPIE, SNB Technologies) — alongside a few in North America. A couple, CrushOn and SoulGen, route disputes to Hong Kong law. The jurisdiction matters because it governs your refund rights, dispute venue, and data-protection rights.
How did you determine who owns each app?
We read each app's Terms of Service, privacy policy, and site footer first-hand (June 2026) and recorded the named operating entity, registration number where given, and country. Where a company isn't disclosed, we say so rather than guess.
Methodology
Operating entities were recorded from each app's Terms of Service, privacy policy, and site footer, checked first-hand in June 2026. Where a registration number or address was published we used it to confirm the entity. Corporate structures change; we revise this map as we re-verify. Spotted an error or an update? Let us know.
